ZCW10-12M outdoor high-voltage automatic recloser can be applied to the new substation and transformation, urban and rural network 10kv line of new construction and transformation, oil field, mine 10kv opening closing and automatic railway 10kv trunk and other new switchgear. In the different line conditions, in accordance with the pre-set procedures automatically break and overlap operation, the product itself built-in PT power, with YCK220H controller and YCB-1 computer intelligent reclosing protector, composed of recloser and distribution network automatic switch. YCK-220H controller and YCB-1 microcomputer intelligent reclosing protector based on microprocessor technology to provide protection, data logging and communication functions.
The shell of product is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the main circuit casing using a stable anti-ultraviolet radiation polymerization material, and is equipped with a large creep distance silicone rubber form which the conductive rod leads out, with a reliable creepage distance. The casing can also be equipped with current transformers to provide current measurement. The operating mechanism of the product uses a separate permanent magnet operation structure (the company's patented product) to operate three-phase vacuum tube, more to ensure three-phase synchronization, the operating mechanism based on the fourth generation of permanent magnet operating mechanism technology.
The YCB-1 microcomputer intelligent reclosing protector utilizes microprocessor technology to integrate directional over current protection, ground protection, small current ground protection, auto-overlap function, real-time measurement, event logging and RTU functions on a single processor. The operation panel is equipped with four lines of liquid crystal display with bottom light, using the keyboard to achieve local operation.
